PASTOR: Rev. Amanda Swoyer

Rev. Amanda Swoyer was born and raised in northern Vermont, and after moving around a bit, now lives on the other side of the Connecticut River in Cornish, NH where she has over 40 years. After a few other careers, and many years of being an active participant in the churches she attended, a call to ministry became clear.  While still working a full-time job as project assistant in cancer research at Dartmouth, she served a couple of small churches as a part time licensed pastor and attended Andover Newton Theological School part time. After graduating in 2016 with an MDiv, she was hired as a full-time pastor of a small church; she was ordained during her ministry there. Walking with her dog, artwork, gardening and keeping up her old home and yard are what fills any extra time. She has two adult children and one wonderful granddaughter.
