FEE SCHEDULE

NOTE: ALL EVENTS REQUIRE A FACILITY USE AGREEMENT – CHURCH MEMBERS INCLUDED. FACILITY USE AGREEMENTS ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE CHURCH OFFICE, OR BY CLICKING THE LINK BELOW:

WLCC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJUST FEES AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

EVENTS:
Weddings: Use of facility
Members No Charge
Non-Members $150
Sexton fee $150
Organist fee $300
Pastor $500
Drake Room Reception $150

Funerals: Use of Sanctuary
Member No Charge
Non-Members $150
Sexton fee $150
Organist fee $150
Pastor $300 – Funeral or Memorial Service
Administrator fee $50
Color copying fee $1 per program, minimum order of 50.
Black & White copying fee – no charge

Baptism: No Charge/ Free will donation

Non-Member Rental:
Kilton Room –without kitchen use $75
With Kitchen $100
Drake Room –without kitchen use $100
,With Kitchen $150

It is expected that all renters will perform basic clean up, including vacuuming or sweeping if needed. Otherwise, WLCC reserves the right to assess a Sexton Fee (see above). Basic cleaning supplies are available in the kitchens and under the stairs in the hall.

Other uses: a proposal must be made to the Trustees. Individual use agreements and fees will be determined on a case by case basis. Recognized non-profit groups may apply to the Trustees for a waiver of fees.
